RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0156 (Sponsored by: Committee on Barangay Affairs) "A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE VALIDITY OF BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 1 FROM THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF BUENAVISTA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE RE-AMENDING THE INCREASING THE FILING FEE FOR THE FILED CASE (SUMMON) FROM P100.00 TO P300.00 THEREOF OF BARANGAY BUENAVISTA, PAGADIAN CITY" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Buenavista, this city, enacted Barangay Ordinance No. 1, entitled: "An Ordinance Re-Amending The Increasing The Filing Fee For The Filed Case (Summon) From P100.00 To P300.00 Thereof Of Barangay Buenavista, Pagadian City", and submitted the same to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for review and confirmation pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991; WHEREAS, the Committee on Barangay Affairs, to which the foregoing Barangay Ordinance was referred for review, found the same in order in form and is consistent with the powers delegated to the Sangguniang Barangay, thus the recommendation to confirm the validity of said measure is supported and concurred by this august body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Joan Szanne S. Pulmones, be it RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the validity of Barangay Ordinance No. 1 from the Barangay Council of Buenavista, entitled: "An Ordinance Re-Amending The Increasing The Filing Fee For The Filed Case (Summon) From P100.00 to P300.00 Thereof Of Barangay Buenavista, Pagadian City." RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Buenavista, through the Punong Barangay, for their information and guidance. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
