"A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY INFORMING THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF DITORAY THAT ITS BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 12 IS DEEMED APPROVED BY OPERATION OF LAW, WITH A FURTHER ADVICE TO CONSIDER THE FINDINGS, RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUGGESTION OF THE COMMITTEE ON BARANGAY AFFAIRS AS ENUNCIATED IN ITS COMMITTEE REPORT NO. 057" 
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Ditoray, this city, enacted Barangay Ordinance No. 12, s. 2025, entitled: "An Ordinance requiring every household of the barangay to attend at least one representative every household, during clean up drive of Barangay Ditoray, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur", and submitted the same to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for review in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991;
WHEREAS, the Committee on Barangay Affairs-to which the foregoing matter was referred for initial consideration-inadvertently and accidentally missed to act on the said Barangay Ordinance No. 12 within the 30-day reglementary period provided by the Local Government Code which is now considered as deemed approved by operation of law;
WHEREAS, notwithstanding such circumstances, the concerned Committee, upon its careful perusal and evaluation finds the need for the said Barangay Council, upon its own initiative, to withhold the implementation of the same and institute necessary amendments thereto as enunciated in its Committee Report No. 057 so as to conform with existing national laws; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Joan Szanne S. Pulmones, be it 
RESOLVED to inform, as this body hereby respectfully informs the Sangguniang Barangay of Ditoray that its Barangay Ordinance No. 12 is deemed approved by operation of law, with a further advice to consider the findings, recommendations and suggestion of the Committee on Barangay Affairs as enunciated in its Committee Report No. 057. 
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Ditoray, through the Punong Barangay, for their information and guidance.
