RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0149 (Sponsored by: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 026, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE LAST THURSDAY OF NOVEMBER UP TO THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF DECEMBER OF EVERY YEAR AS "MINDANAO WEEK OF PEACE" IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN AND INSTITUTIONALIZING THE CELEBRATION THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR" AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 026; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation and finding the same within the ambit of authority of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, the same was approved for consideration on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 026, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring The Last Thursday Of November Up To The First Wednesday Of December Of Every Year As "Mindanao Week Of Peace" In The City Of Pagadian And Institutionalizing The Celebration Thereof, And Providing Funds Therefor" and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
