RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0147 (Sponsored by: Honorable Roger L. Acedillo) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 011, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE MANDATING THE IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF EXCAVATED MATERIALS, WASTE AND EXCESS MATERIALS IN CONNECTION WITH CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ALONG PUBLIC ROADS, REQUIRING THE INSTALLATION OF PROJECT INFORMATION BILLBOARDS FOR GOVERNMENT-IMPLEMENTED INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS, AND IMPOSING ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF," AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 011 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Roger L. Acedillo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 011, entitled: "An Ordinance Mandating The Immediate Removal Of Excavated Materials, Waste And Excess Materials In Connection With Construction Activities Along Public Roads, Requiring The Installation Of Project Information Billboards For Government-Implemented Infrastructure Projects, And Imposing Administrative Sanction For Violations Thereof," And For Its Further Consideration On Third Reading. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
