Obaob) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 009 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-615, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE LOCALIZING THE SAFE SPACES ACT WITHIN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 009, authored by Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; WHEREAS, the body, finding no legal impediment to its further consideration, deems it proper and appropriate to approve the same on Third and Final Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Maphilindo Q. Obaob, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third Reading Draft Ordinance No. 009, and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2025-615 entitled: "An Ordinance Localizing the Safe Spaces Act Within the City of Pagadian, Appropriating Funds Therefore and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof." APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
