Obaob) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 009, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE LOCALIZING THE SAFE SPACES ACT WITHIN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body has considered on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 009; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation, the body supports the approval of the same on Second Reading and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Maphilindo Q. Obaob, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 009, entitled: "An Ordinance Localizing the Safe Spaces Act Within the City of Pagadian, Appropriating Funds Therefore and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof," And For Its Consideration On Third Reading.
