"A RESOLUTION REMANDING, WITHOUT ACTION, TO THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR THE REQUEST FOR AUTHORITY TO NEGOTIATE AND PURCHASE LOT NO. 6053-A FOR THE ASENSO VILLAGE PROJECT, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 20,000 SQUARE METERS LOCATED AT BARANGAY BOMBA, THIS CITY, WITH AN ADVICE TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE PORTFOLIO OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND TO ENSURE THE ATTENDANCE AND AVAILABILITY OF THE HEAD OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT'S HOUSING DIVISION DURING COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE CONCERNED SP COMMITTEE"

WHEREAS, the Joint Committees on Planning & Landed Estates and on Finance and Appropriations, under Joint Committee Report No. 047, presented for consideration the matter pertaining to the letter-request of the Honorable City Mayor seeking authority to negotiate and purchase an additional parcel of land for the "Asenso Village Project", specifically Lot No. 6053-A, located at Barangay Bomba, this City;
WHEREAS, the body, based on the information provided by the Joint Committees that the representative from the City Mayor's Office-Housing Division failed to attend the committee meeting called for the purpose, thereby constricting the committee's ability to fully evaluate the matter, finds it proper to remand the said request to the Honorable City Mayor, without action, without prejudice to its resubmission upon completion of the required portfolio of supporting documents and the availability of the duly authorized representatives; 
	      NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., be it
		RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to remand, without action, to the Honorable City Mayor the request for authority to negotiate and purchase Lot No. 6053-A for the Asenso Village Project, containing an area of 20,000 square meters located at Barangay Bomba, this city, with an advice to provide a complete portfolio of supporting documents and to ensure the attendance and availability of the head of the City Government's Housing Division during Committee Meeting of the concerned SP Committee.
	RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; and to the City Administrator, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
