"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 002 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-614, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING FOR THE ALLOCATION OF AT LEAST TEN PERCENT (10%) OF THE TOTAL PROCUREMENT VALUE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, NGAs, RIAs AND OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES HOLDING OFFICES IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN FOR LOCALLY-PRODUCED GOODS AND SERVICES AND THEIR MANDATORY PROMOTION THEREOF" 
WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 002, authored by Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading;
WHEREAS, the body, finding no legal impediment for its further consideration, deems it proper and appropriate to approve the same on Third and Final Reading;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it 
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third Reading Draft Ordinance No. 002, and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2025-614 entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing For The Allocation Of At Least Ten Percent (10%) Of The Total Procurement Value Of The Government Of Pagadian, NGAs, RIAs And Other Government Agencies Holding Offices In The City Of Pagadian For Locally-Produced Goods And Services And Their Mandatory Promotion Thereof". 
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
