RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0133 (Co-Sponsored by: Committee on Games, Amusements & Sports; Committee on Education, Science & Technology and Accreditation of NGOs and POs; and Committee on Youth Welfare, Juvenile Delinquency & Drug Abuse Prevention) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 003 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-613, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE PAGADIAN CITY SPORTS DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, INTEGRATING ALL SPORTS PROGRAMS, ATHLETES, COACHES, AND SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS UNDER ONE COORDINATED LOCAL SPORTS BODY, DEFINING ITS COMPOSITION, FUNCTIONS AND POWERS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 003, authored by Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; WHEREAS, the body, finding no legal impediment to its further consideration, deems it proper and appropriate to approve the same on Third and Final Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third Reading Draft Ordinance No. 003, and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2025-613 entitled: "An Ordinance Creating The Pagadian City Sports Development Council, Integrating All Sports Programs, Athletes, Coaches, And Sports Organizations Under One Coordinated Local Sports Body, Defining Its Composition, Functions And Powers, And Appropriating Funds Thereof." APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
