RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0132 (Co-Sponsored by: Committee on Games, Amusements & Sports; Committee on Education, Science & Technology and Accreditation of NGOs and POs; and Committee on Youth Welfare, Juvenile Delinquency & Drug Abuse Prevention) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 003, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE PAGADIAN CITY SPORTS DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, INTEGRATING ALL SPORTS PROGRAMS, ATHLETES, COACHES, AND SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS UNDER ONE COORDINATED LOCAL SPORTS BODY, DEFINING ITS COMPOSITION, FUNCTIONS AND POWERS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, the Committee on Games, Amusements & Sports; Committee on Education, Science & Technology and Accreditation of NGOs and POs; and Committee on Youth Welfare, Juvenile Delinquency & Drug Abuse Prevention in its joint report favorably endorsed the approval on second reading Draft Ordinance No. 003; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation, the body supports the approval of the same on second reading and for consideration third and final reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 003, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating The Pagadian City Sports Development Council, Integrating All Sports Programs, Athletes, Coaches, And Sports Organizations Under One Coordinated Local Sports Body, Defining Its Composition, Functions And Powers, And Appropriating Funds Thereof," and for its consideration on Third Reading. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
