RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0108 (Sponsored by: Committee on Ways & Means) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 016 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-611, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROMULGATING THE INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE 15TH CITY COUNCIL" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 016, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; WHEREAS, finding no legal impediment for its further consideration, its enactment is deemed appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third Reading Draft Ordinance No. 016, and ordaining the same as City Ordinance no. 2025-611 entitled: "An Ordinance Promulgating the Internal Rules of Procedure of the 15th City Council." APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
