WHEREAS, the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, through the Committee Chairperson, Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, has favorably presented Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 on Second Reading;
WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, this body deems the same sufficient in form and that the substance thereof is urgent and necessary so as to warrant its further treatment on Third Reading;
