RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0081 (Sponsor: Committee on Education, Science & Technology and Accreditation of NGOs and POs) "A RESOLUTION ACCREDITING AND RECOGNIZING THE ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA HPG COMMUNITY FORCES AND ALLIANCE MULTIPLIER, INCORPORATED, AS A NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION EXISTING AND OPERATING IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Zamboanga Peninsula HPG Community Forces and Alliance Multiplier, Incorporated-an organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-applied, pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991, for accreditation as a non-government organization existing and operating in the City; WHEREAS, the Committee on Education, Science, Technology & Accreditation of this Sanggunian recommended favorable action on the application after evaluating the documents submitted by the association and having determined its compliance to the requirements set forth by the Local Government Code and City Ordinance No. 2010-304, as amended; WHEREAS, this body supports the application with the view of generating the widest community participation in the government's pursuit in pursuing programs and activities that promotes peace and order, civic engagement and other advocacies beneficial to the welfare of the people of Pagadian City; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Bienvenido C. Culve, be it RESOLVED to recognize and accredit, as this body hereby accredits and recognizes the Zamboanga Peninsula HPG Community Forces and Alliance Multiplier, Incorporated existing and operating in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Mr. Enrico C. Cabilan, President, Zamboanga Peninsula HPG Community Forces and Alliance Multiplier, Incorporated, Barangay San Pedro, this City; the City Planning & Development Coordinator; the City Local Government Operations Officer; and the Honorable City Mayor, all of this City, for information and guidance.
