RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0076 (Sponsor: Hon. Ann Marjorie N. Revelo) "A RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE PARTICIPATION/ATTENDANCE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE 15TH CITY COUNCIL TO THE SIMULTANEOUS REGIONAL AND PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE NATIONAL MOVEMENT OF YOUNG LEGISLATORS (NMYL) ON SEPTEMBER 30 TO OCTOBER 1, 2025, AT WINN HOTEL, MAYOR JALDON STREET, BARANGAY CANELAR, ZAMBOANGA CITY, AS AN OFFICIAL UNDERTAKING OF THE BODY IN LIEU OF ITS SCHEDULED SESSION FOR THE WEEK THEREBY, IN EFFECT, RESETTING THE 12TH REGULAR SESSION TO OCTOBER 8, 2025" WHEREAS, majority of the members of the 15th City Council will be attending and participating in the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) Regional and Provincial Assembly and Reorganization of Local Chapter for Region 9 on September 30 to October 1, 2025 at Winn Hotel, Mayor Jaldon Street, Barangay Canela, Zamboanga City; WHEREAS, considering the foregoing activity to be equally important and with great bearing particularly on the discharge of the official duties and responsibilities of local legislators, the members of the 15th City Council are scheduled to attend/participate the same, hence, the body deems necessary to consider the said activity as an official undertaking which therefore will necessitate the resetting of the 12th Regular Session to October 8, 2025; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to consider, as this body hereby considers the participation/attendance of the members of the 15th City Council to the Simultaneous Regional and Provincial Assembly of the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) on September 30 to October 1, 2025, at Winn Hotel, Mayor Jaldon Street, Barangay Canelar, Zamboanga City, as an official undertaking of the body in lieu of its scheduled session for the week thereby, in effect, resetting the 12th regular session to October 8, 2025. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
