"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 001, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT PROMOTION CENTER-PAGADIAN CITY, DEFINING ITS FUNCTIONS, AND SETTING THE APPROPRIATION FUNDS THEREOF," AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" 
WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 001;
WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation and, finding the same within the ambit of authority of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, the same was approved for consideration on Third Reading;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it 
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 001, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Center-Pagadian City, Defining its Functions, and Setting the Appropriation Funds Thereof," and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading."
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
