RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0036 (Sponsor: Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo) "A RESOLUTION OFFICIALLY DECLARING THE SECOND WEEK OF AUGUST OF 2025 AS "LINGGO NG KABATAAN" IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 2024-569 provides for the institutionalization of the annual celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan every second week of August which aims to strengthen youth participation in civic, cultural, and developmental activities; WHEREAS, given the foregoing mandate, this body, in line with the observance of the International Youth Day on August 12, 2025, deems it prim and proper to official declare the second week of August, 2025 as the "Linggo ng Kabataan" in the City of Pagadian; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to officially declare, as this body hereby officially declares the Second Week of August of 2025 as "Linggo Ng Kabataan" in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; to the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation through its President, Honorable Marylynn U. Tan, Ex-Officio Council Member; to the Liga ng mga Barangay through its President, Honorable Joan Szanne S. Pulmones, Ex-Officio Council Member; and the City Local Government Operations Officer, Ms. Maribel C. Estoquia; and all other offices concerned, all of this city, for their information, guidance and reference. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
