"A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR-IN HIS CAPACITY AS CHAIRMAN OF THE PEACE AND ORDER COUNCIL-TO DIRECT THE SECRETARIAT OF THE PAGADIAN CITY PEACE AND ORDER COUNCIL TO FURNISH THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD WITH A COPY OF THE MINUTES OF THE PEACE AND ORDER COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 08 APRIL 2025 AT THE CITY MAYOR' OFFICE EXECUTIVE FUNCTION HALL"
WHEREAS, the Liga ng mga Barangay-Pagadian City Chapter, through its Resolution No. 09-2025, formally requested a certified copy of the minutes of the Peace and Order Council (POC) meeting conducted on April 8, 2025, at the Executive Function Hall, which provides, among others, the passage of POC Resolution No. 39 and the subsequent issuance by the Honorable City Mayor of Executive Order No. 07, series of 2025; 
WHEREAS, in order to have a full grasp of what really had transpired during the said POC meeting, this body, for its information and guidance, finds it necessary to direct the Secretariat of the Pagadian City Peace and Order Council to provide the Sangguniang Panlungsod with the official copy of the minutes of the said POC meeting, hence, this request;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it
RESOLVED to request, as this body hereby requests the Honorable City Mayor-in his capacity as Chairman of the Peace and Order Council- to direct the Secretariat of the Pagadian City Peace and Order Council to furnish the Sangguniang Panlungsod with a copy of the minutes of the Peace and Order Council meeting held on 08 April 2025, at the City Mayor's Office Executive Function Hall.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor-in his capacity as Chairman of the City Peace and Order Council, for his immediate favorable action; the Liga ng mga Barangay-Pagadian City Chapter through its President, Honorable Joan Szanne S. Pulmones, all of this city, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
