RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0008 (Sponsor: Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO ACCEPT, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, THE DONATION OF ONE (1) UNIT PATIENT TRANSPORT VEHICLE (PTV) FROM THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE (PCSO), UNDER ITS MEDICAL TRANSPORT VEHICLE DONATION PROGRAM" WHEREAS, information revealed that the City Government of Pagadian is a recipient of one (1) unit Patient Transport Vehicle (PTV) from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) under its Medical Transport Vehicle Donation Program; WHEREAS, to ensure the early and successful release of the donated vehicle, it is thus required to authorize the Honorable City Mayor to accept the foregoing donation in favor of the City Government of Pagadian, such that a request for authority to accept the same is now being sought; WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, this body, after finding the request to be more beneficial and advantageous for the people of Pagadian, deems it appropriate and reasonable to clothe the Honorable City Mayor with the necessary authority, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, duly seconded, be it; RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to accept, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, the donation of one (1) unit Patient Transport Vehicle (PTV) from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), under its Medical Transport Vehicle Donation Program. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his immediate favorable action; to the City Legal Officer; to Mr. Arnel N. Casas, Assistant General Manager, PCSO, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
