RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0002 (Sponsor: Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NOMINATION AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF THE STANDING COMMITTEES OF THIS SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD, WITH REFERENCE TO THE PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0001--THE INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE 15TH CITY COUNCIL" WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 2025-0001, which sets forth the Internal Rules of Procedure of the 15th City Council, the officers of the Sangguniang Panlungsod have been duly elected, and the standing committees have been organized and composed accordingly; WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod acknowledges the need to formally approve the said nominations and elections to ensure a smooth and organized start to its legislative functions, and to provide clear direction in the performance of its duties and responsibilities; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C.
