RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0961 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 10, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO BILLION (P2,000,000,000.00) PESOS AS CALENDAR YEAR 2025 ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN TO BE TAKEN FROM THE ESTIMATED INCOME AS CERTIFIED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE TO BE REASONABLY COLLECTIBLE," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, through the Committee Chairperson, Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, has favorably presented Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 10 on Second Reading; WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, this body deems the same sufficient in form and that the substance thereof is urgent and necessary so as to warrant its further treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 10, entitled: "An Ordinance Appropriating the Sum of Two Billion (P2,000,000,000.00) Pesos as Calendar Year 2025 Annual Budget of the City Government of Pagadian to be taken from the estimated income as certified by the Local Finance Committee to be reasonably collectible," and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading.
