Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CY-2025, PLANS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES AND BUDGET TO ADDRESS PROBLEMS OF ILLEGAL DRUGS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIRTY MILLION FIVE HUNDRED (P30,500,000.00) PESOS, AS ADOPTED AND INCLUDED UNDER THE LOCAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025 AND ITEMIZED/DETAILED IN THE REVISED ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP)" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor submitted the Revised Annual Investment Plan for Calendar Year 2025 which included, among other priorities, the proposed plans, programs and activities to address Problems of Illegal Drugs; WHEREAS, the body, after thorough evaluation and consideration, and in compliance with the requirement set by the reviewing body for the passage of a specific action on the same, deems it appropriate and in order to approve and adopt the Calendar Year 2025 Plans, Programs and Activities and Budget of the City to Address Problems of Illegal Drugs in the total amount of P30,500,000.00; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED TO APPROVE AND ADOPT, as this body hereby approves and adopts the CY-2025, plans, programs and activities and budget to address Problems of Illegal Drugs in the total amount of Thirty Million Five Hundred Thousand (P30,500,000.00) Pesos, as adopted and included under the Local Expenditure Program of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2025 and itemized/detailed in the Revised Annual Investment Plan (AIP). RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through the Honorable Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Provincial Government Center, Dao, this City, for their information and reference; and to the City Planning and Development Coordinator/CDC Secretariat; the City Budget Officer, and the Honorable City Mayor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
