Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 09 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2003-12-2024, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF THIRTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND (P39,915,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR THE PAYMENT OF SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE (SRI) TO ALL CITY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES" WHEREAS, Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 09 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public and thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it is hereby approved Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 09 on Third and Final Reading and Ordaining the same as Appropriation Ordinance No. 2003-12-2024, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring The Sum Of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand (P39,915,000.00) Pesos As Available For Appropriation And Appropriating The Same Amount For The Payment Of Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) To All City Government Official And Employees.
