Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 09, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF THIRTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND (P39,915,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR THE PAYMENT OF SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE (SRI) TO ALL CITY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, has favorably presented Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 09 on Second Reading; WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, this body deems the same sufficient in form and that the substance thereof is urgent and necessary so as to warrant its further treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it is hereby approved on Second Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 09, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring The Sum Of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand (P39,915,000.00) Pesos as available for appropriation and appropriating the same amount for the payment of Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) to all City Government Official and Employees", and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading.
