Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON FIRST READING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 09, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF THIRTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND (P39,915,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR THE PAYMENT OF SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE (SRI) TO ALL CITY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES", AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON SECOND READING" WHEREAS, the Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, in her capacity as Chairman of the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, has duly presented Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 09 on First Reading; WHEREAS, the body finds the ordinance necessary and proper to ensure the welfare and motivation of all City Government Officials and employees, thus the recommendation to approve the same on First Reading and for further consideration and deliberation on Second Reading was supported by the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on First Reading Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 09, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring The Sum Of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand (P39,915,000.00) Pesos as available for appropriation and appropriating the same amount for the payment of Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) to all City Government Officials and Employees", and for its consideration on Second Reading.
