Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIRTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND (P39,915,000.00) PESOS TO BE TAKEN FROM CURRENT APPROPRIATION UNDER PERSONAL SERVICES (PS) OF THE CALENDAR YEAR 2024 ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, AS SAVINGS, PER CERTIFICATION BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE" WHEREAS, the Local Finance Committee has certified that an amount of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand (P39,915,00.00) Pesos is available from Personal Services (PS) for Calendar Year 2024, and is now officially available for appropriations in accordance with the fiscal policies and priority plans, programs and projects of the City Government of Pagadian; WHEREAS, in view of the afore-mentioned certification from the Local Finance Committee, this body, for the best interest of the general public, now considers the amount as free from any obligations and therefore may be declared savings in appropriations; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it: RESOLVED, to declare, as it is hereby declared the total amount of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand (P39,915,000.00) Pesos to be taken from Current Appropriations under Personal Services (PS) of the Calendar Year 2024 Annual Budget of the City Government of Pagadian, as Savings, per certification by the Local Finance Committee. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Chairman of the Local Finance Committee; and to the Honorable City Mayor, this City, for their information, guidance and/or reference.
