RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0936 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION REMANDING TO THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, THROUGH THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR, THE CALENDAR YEAR 2025 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, WITH AN ADVICE TO INSTITUTE THE NECESSARY REVISIONS THERETO AND RESUBMIT THE SAME AS SOON AS IT IS ALREADY REVISED AND FINALIZED" WHEREAS, on October 16, 2024, the Honorable City Mayor forwarded to this august body the CY 2025 Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of the City Government of Pagadian together with CDC Resolution No. 5, s. 2024, which in gist, adopted and approved the same with a total estimated amount of Two Billion Pesos (P2,000,000,000.00); WHEREAS, during the deliberation of the foregoing matter, the body, in consideration of the findings of the majority of the Council Members that there are appropriations or entry therein that needs to be revised and/or corrected, finds it in order to remand the said CY 2025 AIP to the City Planning and Development Coordinator, with a further advice to institute the necessary revision thereto and resubmit the same as soon as possible; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to remand, as this body hereby remands to the City Planning and Development Coordinator, through the Honorable City Mayor, the Calendar Year 2025 Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of the City Government of Pagadian, with an advice to resubmit the same as soon as it is already completed and finalized. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his reference and appropriate action; the City Planning and Development Officer, and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
