Ariosa, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 089 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-598, entitled: "An Ordinance Institutionalizing the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) in the City Government of Pagadian."
