"A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HOLDING OF THE SESSION OF THE 14TH CITY COUNCIL FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, VIZ: DECEMBER 11, 2024; DECEMBER 12, 2024 AND DECEMBER 13, 2024, PURPOSELY TO ACCORD THE BODY SUFFICIENT TIME TO DELIBERATE ON THE CALENDAR YEAR 2025 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) AND THE LOCAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, AND FURTHER DECLARING THIS RESOLUTION AS AN OFFICIAL NOTICE TO ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS" 
WHEREAS, the 14th City Council recognizes its obligation under the Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act No. 7160) to deliberate and approve the Local Expenditure Program, including the Annual Investment Plan (AIP), for Calendar Year 2025, of the City Government of Pagadian, within the prescribed period to ensure the timely delivery of essential government programs and services;
WHEREAS, Section 319 of the Local Government Code mandates the Sangguniang Panlungsod to enact its Appropriation Ordinance for the ensuing Fiscal Year before the end of the current Fiscal Year;
WHEREAS, in light of the approaching holiday season, the 14th City Council finds it necessary to hold a series of sessions; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the holding of the session of the 14th City Council for the month of December, viz: December 11, 2024; December 12, 2024 and December 13, 2024, purposely to accord the body sufficient time to deliberate on the Calendar Year 2025 Annual Investment Plan (AIP) and the Local Expenditure Program of the City Government of Pagadian.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to declare this Resolution as an official notice to all Council Members for their attendance and participation during these scheduled sessions. 
RESOLVED, FINALLY, to furnish copies of this Resolution to all Council Members, for their guidance and information.
