"A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO RENEW AND SIGN, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, THE AGREEMENT WITH THE PHILIPPINE VETERANS BANK-PAGADIAN BRANCH, RELATIVE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND INSTALLATION OF A THROUGH-THE-WALL TYPE AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM) AT THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE, CITY HALL COMPLEX, BARANGAY GATAS, THIS CITY" 
WHEREAS, the City Government of Pagadian, consistent with its desire to provide easy access of its employees to do financial transactions-has collaborated with the Philippine Veterans Bank-Pagadian Branch for the establishment and installation of an off-site Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at the premises of the City Health Office, City Hall Complex, Barangay Gatas, this City; 
WHEREAS, to ensure the pursuance of the foregoing endeavor, the formal forging of an Agreement for Installation of Off-Site Automated Teller Machine (ATM) by and between the Philippine Veterans Bank and the City Government of Pagadian is necessary, where the duties and responsibilities of both parties have been specified--such that the Honorable City Mayor has sought for an authority to sign the same, which request merited the support and concurrence of this august body;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it
RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to renew and sign, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, the Agreement with the Philippine Veterans Bank-Pagadian Branch, relative to the establishment and installation of a through-the-wall type Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at the City Health Office, City Hall Complex, Barangay Gatas, this city. 
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; the City Legal Officer; and the Philippine Veterans Bank through its Branch Manager, Ms. Jenely T. Montejo, Philippine Veterans Bank-Pagadian Branch, for their information, guidance and appropriate action.
