RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0923 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations "A RESOLUTION DECLARING OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02, S. 2024 (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01) OF BARANGAY BALINTAWAK INVOLVING AN APPROPRIATION OF FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P500,000.00) PESOS" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Balintawak enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, s. 2024 (Supplemental Budget No. 01) involving the amount of Five Hundred Thousand (P500,000.00) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares operative and in full force and effect Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, s. 2024 (Supplemental Budget No. 01) of Barangay Balintawak involving an appropriation of Five Hundred Thousand (P500,000.00) Pesos. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Balintawak, through the Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this city, for their information and guidance.
