RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0915 (Sponsored by: Committee on Commerce, Trade & Industry & Economic Enterprise & Cooperatives) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 094 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-597, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE OPERATION OF UKAY-UKAY DRY GOODS NIGHT MARKET IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN AND PROVIDING REGULATIONS THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 094, sponsored by Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 094 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-597, entitled: " "An Ordinance Establishing The Operation Of Ukay-Ukay Dry Goods Night Market In The City Of Pagadian And Providing Regulations Thereof."
