PAJARES AVENUE FROM THE CORNERS OF V. SAGUN STREET AND P. L. URRO STREET AS WELL AS THE SIDEWALK AND PARKING AREA OF A PORTION OF P. L. URRO STREET (PARTICULARLY FRONTING THE SAN JOSE PARISH CHURCH) FROM THE CORNERS OF B. AQUINO STREET AND F. S. PAJARES AVENUE, FOR A SPECIFIC PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 25, 2024 TO JANUARY 20, 2025, IN CONNECTION WITH THE CITY'S CELEBRATION OF THE "PASKUHAN 2024" AND THE FORTHCOMING "PASALAMAT FESTIVAL 2025 WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 093, Authored by Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 093 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-596, entitled: "An Ordinance Approving The Temporary Closure To Vehicular Traffic Of A Portion Of The Western Lane Of F.S. Pajares Avenue From The Corners Of V. Sagun Street And P. L. Urro Street As Well As The Sidewalk And Parking Area Of A Portion Of P. L. Urro Street (Particularly Fronting The San Jose Parish Church) From The Corners Of B. Aquino Street And F. S. Pajares Avenue, For A Specific Period From November 25, 2024 To January 20, 2025, In Connection With The City's Celebration Of The "Paskuhan 2024" And The Forthcoming "Pasalamat Festival 2025."
