Co) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 093, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OF A PORTION OF THE WESTERN LANE OF F.S. PAJARES AVENUE FROM THE CORNERS OF V. SAGUN STREET AND P. L. URRO STREET AS WELL AS THE SIDEWALK AND PARKING AREA OF A PORTION OF P. L. URRO STREET (PARTICULARLY FRONTING THE SAN JOSE PARISH CHURCH) FROM THE CORNERS OF B. AQUINO STREET AND F. S. PAJARES AVENUE, FOR A SPECIFIC PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 25, 2024 TO JANUARY 20, 2025, IN CONNECTION WITH THE CITY'S CELEBRATION OF THE "PASKUHAN 2024" AND THE FORTHCOMING "PASALAMAT FESTIVAL 2025,"AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 093; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation and finding the same within the ambit of authority of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, the same was approved for consideration on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 093, entitled: "An Ordinance Approving the Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic of a portion of the Western Lane of F.S. Pajares Avenue from the corners of V. Sagun Street and P. L. Urro Street as well as the Sidewalk and Parking Area of a portion of P. L. Urro Street (Particularly Fronting the San Jose Parish Church) from the corners of B. Aquino Street and F. S. Pajares Avenue, for a specific period from November 25, 2024 To January 20, 2025, in connection with the city's celebration of the "Paskuhan 2024" and the forthcoming "Pasalamat Festival 2025," and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading.
