"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 062, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A CHILD-FRIENDLY VISITATION ROOM INSIDE THE PAGADIAN CITY JAIL FACILITY, APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING"
WHEREAS, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 062 on Second Reading, this body, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 062, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing a Child-Friendly Visitation Room Inside the Pagadian City Jail Facility, Appropriating the Necessary Funds therefor and for other purposes," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
