"A RESOLUTION REMANDING, WITHOUT ACTION, TO THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR ITS REQUEST FOR AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT THE DEED OF DONATION EXECUTED BY THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY (NHA) IN FAVOR OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN INVOLVING ONE (1) UNIT COVERED COURT/MULTI-PURPOSE CENTER LOCATED AT KAGITINGAN HEIGHTS, BARANGAY BOGO, THIS CITY, WITH AN ADVICE TO MODIFY/REVISE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STIPULATED IN THE SAID DEED SO AS TO BE MORE ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" 
WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor has submitted a request for authority to accept the Deed of Donation offered by the National Housing Authority (NHA) in favor of the City Government of Pagadian, involving one (1) unit covered court/multi-purpose center located at Kagitingan Heights, Barangay Bogo, Pagadian City;
WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation, the body, in consideration of the findings of the concerned Committees-to which the foregoing matter was initially referred-on the need to institute amendment/modification in some provisions of the foregoing deed in order to ascertain that the terms stipulated therein will be more acceptable to the City Government, deems it appropriate to remand the same for appropriate modification;

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., be it 
RESOLVED to remand, as this body remands, without action, to the Honorable City Mayor its request for authority to accept the Deed of Donation executed by the National Housing Authority (NHA) in favor of the City Government of Pagadian involving one (1) unit Covered Court/Multi-Purpose Center located at Kagitingan Heights, Barangay Bogo, this city, with an advice to modify/revise the terms and conditions stipulated in the said deed so as to be more acceptable to the City Government of Pagadian.
 RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, to the City Legal Officer, to Engr. Al-Khwarizmi U. Indanan, Regional Manager, NHA Region IX & BARMM, Regional Government Center, Barangay Balintawak, Pagadian City, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
