"A RESOLUTION REMANDING, WITHOUT ACTION, TO THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF DITORAY, THIS CITY, ITS BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 6, S. 2024, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING ALL RESIDENCE A PARKING AREA WHO OWNS VEHICLES OF BARANGAY DITORAY, PAGADIAN CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR"
 WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Ditoray, this city, pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the "Local Government Code of 1991," transmitted to this august body its Barangay Ordinance No. 06, s. 2024, entitled: An Ordinance Providing All Residence a parking area who owns vehicles of Barangay Ditoray, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur," for review and confirmation; 
WHEREAS, the Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation to which the foregoing concern was referred for initial consideration, recommended that the same be remanded to the concerned Barangay Council, without action, for the institution of necessary revisions/amendments thereto, which recommendation merited the unanimous support of the body; 
 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it
RESOLVED to remand, as this body hereby remands, without action, to the Barangay Council of Ditoray, this city, its Barangay Ordinance No. 6, s. 2024, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing All Residence a Parking Area Who Owns Vehicles of Barangay Ditoray, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur."
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Ditoray through its Punong Barangay, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
