RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0882 (Co-Sponsored by: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation, Committee on Health & Social Services & Committee on Police Fire and Public Safety) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 088 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-591, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING FEES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATION OF DETENTION FOR PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY (PDL) CONFINED IN BJMP-MANNED JAIL FACILITY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 088, sponsored by the Joint Committees on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation, on Health and Social Services and on Police, Fire and Public Safety, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 088 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-591, entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing Fees For The Issuance Of Certification Of Detention For Persons Deprived Of Liberty (PDL) Confined In BJMP-Manned Jail Facility In The City Of Pagadian."
