"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 086 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-590, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING A SET OF MEASURES & SYSTEMS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MATERNAL NEWBORN CHILD HEALTH AND NUTRITION (MNCHN), INCLUDING THE SETTING UP OF MANAGEMENT STRUCTURES TO OVERSEE IMPLEMENTATION AND COORDINATING MECHANISMS TO IMPLEMENT MNCHN SERVICES, AND ENSURING COMMODITY SELF-RELIANCE IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN"
WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 086, sponsored by the Committee on Health and Social Services, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; 
WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval;
 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 086 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-590, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing And Adopting A Set Of Measures & Systems To Ensure Effective And Efficient Implementation Of The Maternal Newborn Child Health And Nutrition (MNCHN), Including The Setting Up Of Management Structures To Oversee Implementation And Coordinating Mechanisms To Implement MNCHN Services, And Ensuring Commodity Self-Reliance In The City Of Pagadian."
