RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0879 (Sponsored by: Committee on Health & Social Services & Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 086, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING A SET OF MEASURES AND SYSTEMS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MATERNAL NEWBORN CHILD HEALTH AND NUTRITION (MNCHN), INCLUDING THE SETTING UP OF MANAGEMENT STRUCTURES TO OVERSEE IMPLEMENTATION AND COORDINATING MECHANISMS TO IMPLEMENT MNCHN SERVICES, AND ENSURING COMMODITY SELF-RELIANCE IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 086 on Second Reading, this body, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 086, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing And Adopting A Set Of Measures & Systems To Ensure Effective And Efficient Implementation Of The Maternal Newborn Child Health And Nutrition (MNCHN), Including The Setting Up Of Management Structures To Oversee Implementation And Coordinating Mechanisms To Implement MNCHN Services, And Ensuring Commodity Self-Reliance In The City Of Pagadian," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
