RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0876 (Co-Sponsored by: Committee on Health & Social Services, Committee on Commerce, Trade & Industry & Economic Enterprise & Cooperatives and Committee on Laws, Rules, and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 087 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-588, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE, DISTRIBUTION, MARKETING AND SALE OF ELECTRONIC NICOTINE/NON-NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS, HEATED TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND OTHER NOVEL TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN PUBLIC PLACES OF PAGADIAN CITY" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 087, sponsored by the Committee on Health and Social Services, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 087 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-588, entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating The Use, Distribution, Marketing And Sale Of Electronic Nicotine/Non-Nicotine Delivery Systems, Heated Tobacco Products And Other Novel Tobacco Products In Public Places Of Pagadian City."
