"A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ANNUAL OPERATIONAL PLAN (AOP) IN HEALTH FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025 OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN"
WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor forwarded to this august body the Annual Operational Plan (AOP) in Health of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2025 for approval and adoption;
WHEREAS, such plan, after having gone through the careful scrutiny and evaluation by this body, has been found to have substantially addressed the current needs and priorities of the City Government of Pagadian in the delivery of basic health services as it provides the framework for development of medium-term public investment plan for health, thus its approval is in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it
RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as it is hereby approved and adopted the Annual Operational Plan (AOP) in Health for Calendar Year 2025 of the City Government of Pagadian.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor; to Dr. Debbylene Tan-Ildefonso, OIC-City Health Office; and all other offices concerned, for their information and appropriate action.
