"A RESOLUTION REMANDING, WITHOUT ACTION, TO THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF DITORAY, THIS CITY, ITS BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 3, S. 2024, WITH A FURTHER RECOMMENDATION TO INSTITUTE AMENDMENTS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS THERETO SO AS TO CONFORM WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2014-344, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "ANTI NOISE POLLUTION ORDINANCE IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN"
 WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Ditoray, this city, pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the "Local Government Code of 1991," transmitted to this august body its Barangay Ordinance No. 3, s. 2024, entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Motor Vehicles with Modified Mufflers within the Barangay Prescribing Penalties Thereof," for review; 
WHEREAS, the joint Committees on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications & Franchising and on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation, recommended that the same be remanded to the concerned Barangay Council, without action, for the institution of amendments and/or modifications so as to conform with the provisions of City Ordinance No. 2014-344, otherwise known as the "Anti-Noise Pollution Ordinance In The City Of Pagadian", which recommendation merited the unanimous support of the body; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it
RESOLVED to remand, as this body hereby remands, without action, to the Barangay Council of Ditoray, this City, its Barangay Ordinance No. 03, s. 2024 with a further recommendation to institute amendments and/or modifications thereto so as to conform with the provisions of City Ordinance No. 2014-344, otherwise known as the "Anti-Noise Pollution Ordinance In The City Of Pagadian."
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Ditoray through its Punong Barangay, for information, guidance and reference.
