 "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 067, ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-587, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE JOB SEEKER EMPLOYMENT INTERVENTION PROGRAM TO BETTER ACCESS JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR PAGADIAN CITY RESIDENTS, PROVIDING THE PROCEDURES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"
WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 067, sponsored by Honorable Sam Tyra F, Co, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; 
WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval;
 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 067 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-587, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing For The Job Seeker Employment Intervention Program To Better Access Job Opportunities For Pagadian City Residents, Providing The Procedures And For Other Purposes."
