RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0862 (Sponsored by: Committee on Education, Science, Technology and Accreditation of NGOs and POs) "A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING AND ACCREDITING THE KAAKIBAT CIVIC COMMUNICATORS INTERNATIONAL, INCORPORATED, AS A NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Kaakibat Civic Communicators International, Incorporated-120 Chapter Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, with office address at Lumbia District, Pagadian City, and a duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, applied for accreditation as a legitimate organization existing and operating in Pagadian City pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991; WHEREAS, the Committee on Education, Science, Technology & Accreditation-to which the foregoing matter was initially referred-recommended favorable action on the application after having verified that the credentials submitted by Kaakibat Civic Communicators International, Incorporated substantially complied with the requisites stipulated under City Ordinance No. 2010-304; WHEREAS, this body supports the recommendation with the view of generating the widest community participation in the government's pursuit for accelerated socio-economic development in the countryside; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to recognize and accredit, as this body hereby recognizes and accredits the Kaakibat Civic Communicators International, Incorporated, as a Non-Government Organization in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Mr. Faranco Angelo Bagaloyos, President-Kaakibat Civic Communicators International, Incorporated, Lumbia District, this city; the City Local Government Operations Officer; the City Planning & Development Coordinator; and to the Honorable City Mayor, all of this city, for their information, guidance and reference.
