RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0861 (Co-Sponsored by: Committee on Health and Social Services and Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 083 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-586, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CASH INCENTIVE TO ANY LIVING OCTOGENARIAN AND NONAGENARIAN SENIOR CITIZEN IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "GAWAD KALINGA AWARD TO SENIOR CITIZEN" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 083, sponsored by Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 083 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-586, entitled: "An Ordinance Granting Cash Incentive To Any Living Octogenarian and Nonagenarian Senior Citizen In The City Of Pagadian, Otherwise Known As "Gawad Kalinga Award To Senior Citizen.
