 "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 083, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CASH INCENTIVE TO ANY LIVING OCTOGENARIAN AND NONAGENARIAN SENIOR CITIZEN IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "GAWAD KALINGA AWARD TO SENIOR CITIZEN," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING"
,,WHEREAS, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 083 on Second Reading, this body, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 083, entitled: "An Ordinance Granting Cash Incentive To Any Living Octogenarian and Nonagenarian Senior Citizen In The City Of Pagadian, Otherwise Known AS "Gawad Kalinga Award To Senior Citizen," and for its consideration on Third Reading."
