RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0858 (Sponsored by: Committee on Health and Social Services and Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 078, ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-585, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING INTENSIVE SUPPORT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LACTATION ROOM IN THE PAGADIAN CITY JAIL FACILITY, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER RELATIVE PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 078, sponsored by Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 078 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-585, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing Intensive Support To The Establishment Of Lactation Room In The Pagadian City Jail Facility, Appropriating Funds Therefor And For Other Relative Purposes."
