Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 078, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing Intensive Support to the Establishment of Lactation Room in the Pagadian City Jail Facility, Appropriating Funds Therefor and For Other Relative Purposes," and for its consideration on Third Reading, and for its consideration on Third Reading.
