RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0849 (Co-Sponsors: Committees on Good Government, Ethics & Civil Service and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 073 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-584, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING PERSONNEL POSITIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY TO THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD, SETTING THE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS, DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ATTACHED THERETO, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 073, sponsored by Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, was thoroughly reviewed by this august body on First and Second Readings, having undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure in its current form warrants the final action and approval of this body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 073 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-584, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Personnel Positions in the Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod, Setting the Qualification Requirements, Defining the Functions, Duties and Responsibilities Attached Thereto, Providing Funds Thereof" APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
