Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 072, entitled: An Ordinance Adopting Republic Act No. 10054, Otherwise Known As An Act Mandating All Motorcycle Riders To Wear Standard Protective Motorcycle Helmets While Driving And Providing Penalties Therefor, Thereby Repealing City Ordinance No. 2018-416," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
